All registered users of Nitro Technologies products are entitled to free technical support via
email. We endeavour to respond as quickly as possible to all enquiries however due to the
volume of email we receive, an immediate response cannot be guaranteed.
Unregistered users are welcome to request technical assistance and we will aim to reply as
quickly as possible, however a response cannot always be guaranteed as our registered
users take priority.
Please make sure that before requesting technical support, you are using the latest version of
the product you require assistance with, usually available from our download page.
In your email to us, please include the exact nature of the problem or support you require, along with
the following information.
Operating System version (Windows 95/98/NT/2000).
Nitro Technologies product name and version (available from 'About' dialog).
If the problem is a crash, please include the text from the 'details' error box when it occurs.

Nitro Technologies takes pride in delivering applications which perform reliably under all
circumstances. If, however, you find a scenario in which an application developed by us
behaves unexpectedly, or causes unusual problems with other applications, then please
email the above address and let us know. We will immediately work on the problem
and post an update to our download page as well as letting our registered users know
of the update.
